Sonic Devices has the internal capabilities to manufacture, assemble and test speakers to insure they meet your exact requirements and standards.
Capabilities include:
- Basic 8-inch speakers, Powered Speakers and higher performing sound speakers
- Significant experience in using Ferrofluid in high quality sounding speakers
- Developed processes to control the precise volume dispensed to insure the desired sound is achieved
- IP Speakers
Sonic Devices is serious about the sound quality of our customer’s speakers. Our Dongguan Facility has one of the largest, professional Anechoic Chamber in the region.
- Our chamber measures at 36’ x 23’ x 26’ and is 820 Sq. Feet
- Features a wire mesh suspended floor
- The outer door is 27.5” in thickness and the inner door measures 2.36 feet thick
For proper testing of acoustic signatures our chamber prevents signal reflections and outside interference from affecting the product being tested.
Acoustically absorbent material and a Door Mechanism that prevents signal reflections.
